Culture Design

BIOGRAPHY


AMI HAMAMOTO

  • Culture Designer and Researcher. Received her master's degree from the University of Keio, the Graduate School of System Design and Management. Founder at Humanext Co.,Ltd.

    Ami wants to contribute to the world as harmony with creation and human sustainability for leaving to those coming after us. Her areas of research are "leader identity", "creativity and Innovation management", "authentic luxury", "well-being".

    Ami has been interested in building the ability of individuals, teams and organizations to become fuller of themselves. She has been passionate about the development of approximately 20,000 people and many organizations so far. Previously, She has been engaged in public relations, service design, human resource development and organizational development at Chanel K.K., and other International luxury brand companies.
